I cleaned them with TSP. Rinsed them. Let them dry. Sanded them. Wiped them down. Primed them. Let them dry. Painted (Behr Marquee interior semi gloss). Tried a brush - looked crappy - streaky and lumpy. Tried a roller - looks nappy, like short shag carpet. Tried extra coats - just looks extra bad. Help?!?!
