My monthly payments total ~$3500 My Monthly income: Salary $3500 net Monthly bonus $1500+ If I got 2 roommates it would be an additional $500 each for a total of $1000 Is it good practice to have your salary be your entire monthly budget? My only flex income would be off of my monthly bonus and rent received. Appreciate any feedback!
