I had a seizure (first) in March I'm being asked to pay the fire department $1700 for the nothing they provided, the nothing I asked for, and I don't remember them being there.[Indiana]

Must I pay $1700 to the fire department for their services? They didn't need to bring a fire truck to my apartment. I wasn't the one who called them. They provided no services aside from their presence if they even were there. Wish I could charge $1700 for being present for twenty minutes.
