I'm 54 years old. I have a credit score of 600. Just started. Working on that. I have a house paid off worth 100k. Besides a high interest car loan that I've been paying for a year. I only have utilities and necessities that I pay out.Would like to borrow against my house to pay off car and invest in properties. Need to do something for retirement. Wasted my younger years. Where do I start.
