When Covid first started I considered converting my 401k portfolio out of stocks and more into safer cash assets thinking the market would plunge and then I could buy back into stocks at a steep discount. I ultimately didn't, and I feel like I missed out when the market dived. With the outbreak on the surge again I feel like I might have another chance. What do you guys recommend?
I'm 39 and have roughly $125k of almost entirely small/mid/large cap in my 401k portfolio. Almost no exposure to low risk cash/bonds.
I have decades for it to bounce back but feel like there are opportunities to be had.
