Recently found out my wife has been cheating on me, been separated for roughly 2 months now.

I've separated and handled most of my finances, however there is still a loan I naively signed with her years ago for a car. (Lesson learned) she's since shown no interest in refinancing it under her name and I can't get in contact with her.

We, or rather I owe around 4600$ on it, with a monthly payment of 260$ over 2 years until it is paid off. I can't straight up refuse to pay it since it is financed through the bank I'm using and they can pull money from any of my accounts within the same bank.

To my knowledge she's paying the insurance on it.

As it stands, my options are:

-Go through the hassle of making a new account with a different, local credit union and re setting up auto pay and direct deposit with them. This route will force her to either pay for her car I'm not in possession of or have it repossessed and ruining our credit. It can then be sold at auction so I at least get a few thousand off of the loan.

-Let my cheating wife have her cake and eat it too and pay off her car for the next 2 years.

I apologize if my post isn't very clear on all the details, I'm working on improving my communication skills.

Thanks for your time.
