On days when I don't have anything to go to in the morning, I often sit around in my pyjamas and take time to drink my tea. Then some time later have something to eat. Then finally have a shower. I look at the clock and realise an hour has passed, just with the tea part then I feel guilty because I've "wasted the morning" Obviously on days when I do get up, shower, eat straight away the time still goes but it feels rushed and is autopilot, not feeling fully awake and productive until that later time anyway. Is having a slow start simple living or is it laziness? Or something else, like just not being fully awake until late-morning
