Why are Dividend Payout Ratios quoted as widely different depending on the source used? What is a reliable source for it?

So for example, looking at AT&T (NYSE:T)

Here on Morning Star! it shows current dividend payout ratio = 105%. Yahoo finance quotes similar

However on Marketbeat! it shows 58%. Also TD's think or swim application seems to agree with the 58% figure

I'm even seeing wildly different historical figures.

So my question is what is going on and why are these so different? Is there a reliable place to source this info from?
