I’m about to be moving out of my boyfriends apartment, and I’m looking for a 1bd or studio apartment closer to work. I fell in love with an apartment and it’s $674 a month, covering all utilities but electric. They also have a very good deposit deal right now. But I’m worried about finances.
My current finances: I currently make about $1630 a month but my work hours can fluctuate by 5 hours sometimes. My car payment is (I know this is awful) $376 a month My car insurance is $155 a month I pay $10 a month for Spotify Right now my commute to work is 40 min (with the $674 place it would be 20 min) so I spend about $100 on gas a month, but I also do some other driving. I also use my money on food, and pet food as well
I’m really in love with this $674 apartment but I’m wondering if it would be worth it or should I look for something cheaper? I would be paying rent, electric, and internet on top of all of my other bills
