I am looking at a plot of land near Terlingua TX (Near Big Bend National Park) which is over 160 acres and is $50,000
I can easily afford the land, and the tax rate is low
Seems like a no brainer to me, is there anything I should be aware of? I'd like to build a small building to stay which I could rent out on AirBNB when I'm not there
