A previous post showed a deal that you sign up with Sams Club by paying $45 and getting $45 added to your account on your next purchase. Can't link it since it got removed. The catch was you needed to sign up for auto renewal and the $45 balance could only be used on a purchase of $45 or more.
My story is, I took the deal to Sams Club, they gave me a membership with no credit card info and used the $45 balance to pay the membership. On top of this, they gave me a $10 gift card for being a Veteran as well.
I paid nothing, gave no credit card and now I have a free membership.
