First off, I am curious to know what other people’s experiences have been with this brand. Mine have been pretty bad so far so I’ll start there.
I have purchased and received two sets of orders from H&M’s “& other stories” brand and have been thoroughly disappointed with both. The first order, I purchased a dress that was fine but the skirt in the order was WAY TOO SMALL. I am a 00-0 in all brands across the board, and have never had a problem. I could not even get this skirt past my thighs because it was so small. I went to review it and they don’t let you review products which I think is weird and a little sketchy. I ordered a second batch of items sadly before receiving my first order, so the same thing happened with a pair of pants (way too small) and they sent me the wrong item (a body suit) instead of a beautiful dress that I was really excited to get.
I sent everything that didn’t fit or was wrong back and still have not received a refund. To be fair, the tracking info said it got to them yesterday so it’s only been one day, but they are impossible to get ahold of. Their website mentions a live chat feature which does not show up on my laptop so I don’t know if it even exists, and I sent them an email titled “refund not received” and it was blocked and sent back to me. Tried sending them another email with a different title and it went through that time. Again, weird and sketchy.
Overall I just am not impressed with this company at all and I don’t like that I can’t review their clothes or them, and I can barely get ahold of them.
tldr; bad experiences, company seems sketchy and dishonest, clothes don’t fit/sizing is way off
