https://ift.tt/2UcHMy7 window wells were pooling water so I decided to remove about 12-18" of dirt and add gravel. While digging I found...old pipes! They are no longer functioning. Someone ran some electrical wire through them to the garage, but that's all that is left. You can actually see the PVC conduit exposed inside the right pipe.These pipes are taking up a lot of real estate! I'm wondering if it's worth removing the pipes.
