During my performance review last year, my boss told me I was about 15% underpaid. Since I was fairly new at the time, I didn’t think it was appropriate to ask for a raise. Now that I’ve been working for almost 2 years here, I want to ask for an increase to my market value, which would be at least 10% raise. Is this unreasonable to ask for this much considering most raises are 3-4%?
Side note that my company is very stable in the pandemic and I’m not worried about layoffs
