I’m currently a 23 year old with a small specialty brand that does 1off menswear pieces and am really trying to take my brand to the next level. However I dont have industry connections or any knowledge on the process of production.
I was offered a job that would be able to provide me all the knowledge and is in line with my goals but the thing is, I was told it would be very high stress and a lot of work.. the pay is decent, im just worried that it will be unbearable for me because I’m practically jumping into my first industry level job with no related experience. Should I jump straight in or wait til I feel ready? I’ll also be the youngest one at this company
TL:DR, Job that will help my independent goals but also very stressful, worth it?
