Recently I bought a house and one of my supervisors expressed some jealousy that she didn't have one (a house). I don't know her life story, but I don't think it's a concidence that she's a self proclaimed starbucks addict. I say frugality starts at the coffee pot (making it yourself) because it's the easiest thing to do. I'm guessing that if you aren't willing to make your own joe then you probably won't go out of your way to save money in other ways either. Not knocking her and I should mention my parents helped me a lot along the way.
