I purchased a 2020 macbook through a university bookstore but was given the 2019 macbook. On their website there are macbooks that clearly note "2019" and the one I bought doesn't say any year. It's either a mistake on the person or a mistake on the website (my guess is the latter).

I've contacted the bookstore for a return, however, if they don't give me a refund - can this be disputed through Chase?

Does anyone have a successful experience disputing an item they didn't buy with their Chase Reserve credit card?
