I hope this is the right place to post this.
Mother just passed away a few days ago (the 6th) and we have questions that we aren't sure of.
1) She was on SSDI. She was paid on the first of every month. Is it possible that SS will come back and ask for that back?
2) Would she still qualify for the stimulus check? She hasn't filled for taxes because of SSDI and irs can not confirm if she gets it.
3) Medicaid can pay up to 1200 for funeral costs. What is the qualifications for this. She was denied and we are trying to figure out why.
