My first time doing anything as ambitious as flooring. I'm doing about 1000 sqft and am probably about 800 done. Its almost our entire first floor. I started in the back which is our largest space, and I knew a specific spot, where the main space, separates into a hallway and dining room, but then is rejoined at a second entrance to the dining room from the hallway, would be tricky. My lines would have to line up perfectly, and wouldn't you know it, they don't. One side is about 1/4 inch shorter than the other. I don't have that much further to go.Any ideas, hacks, or thoughts for how to get these to line up?
