I’m so excited about this, as I can never find the kind of yogurt that I like in the grocery store and I also think it’s pretty expensive. the key is to always always keep a few tablespoons of your favorite yogurt. You heat the milk (whole or 2%) and let it cool just a little (it should feel warmer than your finger) and then add the yogurt to it. The ratio is per 1 cup of milk you need 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Cover, wrap in towel and keep it somewhere at room temperature or slightly warmer over night. In the morning put in the fridge and once it cools to your preferred temperature, you have delicious homemade yogurt. The longer you keep in the fridge, the better it would taste. Once you make homemade yogurt, you’d never want to go back to store bought yogurt!
