Hi all!
I’m a nurse in a busy NYC hospital that was deployed to work on the Covid floors. They’ve finally given us some kind of compensation but I’m having a hard time choosing which one would be best.
I have 3 choices: 1) 100% of two weeks vacation to be credited as vacation/PTO in my time off bank 2) One week vacation to be credited as cash and one week credited in my time off bank 3) 100% of two weeks vacation as cash (4,004.64)
I was thinking taking the full two weeks cash amount but am concerned about the amount of taxes that will taken away.
What are your thoughts?
