I have need of a simple object, basically three pieces of plywood cut to specific sizes, attached with hinges, to make a sort of privacy screen. Something that would probably take <10 minutes to slap together. However, I have no drill (for the hinge screws) or saw. I would also be able to make a better version if I also had a circular saw drill bit.
Problem being I don't own any of these things, nor do I know anyone in my area that does. Can I rent basic tools from a hardware store? Has anyone used local groups (FB, NextDoor, etc.) to borrow tools? Thoughts on how to do this without needing to buy all the tools?
