I noticed that over the past 10 days, Bitcoin has been a leading indicator and predictor of what SPY will close as. For example, if Bitcoin is red when the market opens, SPY will close red. And if Bitcoin is green when market opens, SPY will close green.
Bitcoin seems to have a high correlation with SPY. Why?
