Has anyone else experienced Rakuten's cashback site not honoring their cashback for higher percentages?
I've noticed in the past several months that several of my transactions report "0" cashback when it should have been several dollars. There's no warning, I just happened to look and use their "missing cashback" help process. Even then it's only about 50% successful...I feel like this is the new rebate scam from companies now is to just hope you forget and then feign ignorance if you request help.
