I have a larger bag of tender, sweet Korean beef jerky and it is sickeningly sweet. No way to return it and no one in the family likes it.
I don't want to waste the jerky though so I was thinking of soaking it in hot water for a couple of hours to remove most of the sugar and then make a sweet and spicy beef and broccoli stir fry. Would that work? I don't want to throw more good onto the bad if it's pointless.
Thanks in advance!
