Does anyone know to whom I can complain after writing the NCUA Ombudsman? I had an account at a credit union left my job and changed the account number of the account that the former employer had access to. The credit union accountant instead of returning the funds, pushed them to the new account as a courtesy. Customer services says that they have a right to do that. I disagree the account is since closed. I have written to the ombudsman. This is a violation of my account. Thank you in advance!
