I’m educated in real estate and stocks but I know the biggest rewards are in businesses. I know many baby boomers are about to retire and want to sell their cash flow positive businesses. What’s your opinion or knowledge on acquiring an already successful business rather then starting one up?
Edit:Don’t worry about the financing, just want opinions on the asset itself.
