It's a luxury apartment 774 sq ft. One bedroom. Is it too much? My gf and I splitting it and utilities. I'm getting ready to move next month and I'm nervous as shit. My take home pay is $2,400 a month. Sometimes more. I'll be paying $800 and my gf is paying $350 and splitting utilities and groceries. We have pet rent and, washer dry rent as well. She will pay more once she gets a second job.
