As a kid I grew up in restaurants, my dad had a couple of them, so I've known a bit of cooking since I was a pup, when I moved out, my dad gave me this book, it's still my favorite for most anything, damn near everything in it is good. Im convinced if anyone had this book they can teach themselves to cook in a short amount of time.
