My friend worked at a McDonald's about 2 years ago. While talking to him about the burgers and how I prefer to order two Mc doubles over a big Mac he dropped some crazy behind-the-scenes info on me.
The Mc double uses the same patties as the big Mac.
Two Mc doubles has the same amount of meat as a double big Mac for less than half the price.
Order your mc double "like a mac" and you'll be charged an extra only an extra .30 for the lettuce and sauce!
Hope someone sees this and can save a couple bones on lunch every now and again.
