I tried using my Chase debit card at two places and they were declined.
When I called I found out my account was being closed and they were sending my money to me in a cashier's check.
I complained to a supervisor and he told me, "We are closing your account and do not have to explain the reasons to you" and he hung up on me!
Has this happened to anyone else? I had used Chase for a couple of decades now. Now I have to get a new bank, set up the direct deposits, and hope there is an online auto-pay and banking with the new service I will be looking for.
