I've just bought this air purifier, and unfortunately realized it uses some sort of electrostatic technology. The amazon.ca page made no mention of this, otherwise I would have avoided it due to ozone concerns.
That said, their website states it produces no ozone: https://www.blueair.com/us/customer-support/support-air-purifiers/do-blueair-air-purifiers-emit-ozone.html
I'm not sure if I should trust that claim. I've had it running for a few hours and my lungs are a bit irritated, but could be my cold too.
Anyone here have any experience / insights related to this air purifier?
Thanks.
