Apple is keeping all its US stores shuttered until further notice as the company, and the country, deal with the coronavirus outbreak. Apple previously said its stores around the globe would close until March 27, but on Tuesday it amended its plans to make the closures indefinite.
The indefinite closure is for all physical stores outside of Greater China. Apple's online stores remain open, though.
"Our retail stores are closed until further notice," Apple said in a banner on its store page. "We are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. For purchases with fast and free delivery, shop here on apple.com or the Apple Store app. For service and support, go to support.apple.com or call 800-275-2273. We look forward to seeing you soon."
