I work at a job I love for little pay, drive an old car I love, buy only what I need for food and other things.
I am happy living minimally on a small budget
The only piece missing for me is my own place to live
I have considered living out of my car or buying a van. Ideally I would live in a tiny house but the state I work in does not have areas zoned for them. Working on farms in exchange for room and board is a short term housing option as well.
Originally I was going to invest in real estate and live in the property I would have owned. This is still an option I am considering but I also want to explore other ideas
What options are out there for me to have my own living area? (ideally with electricity and plumbing)
