Gift for kids. Want confetti to come out of a box.I've watched tons of videos on YouTube, but the spring loaded ones don't seem big enough, the electric ones seem too complicated, etc etc.I will be giving a big box with helium balloons inside.My idea is to attach something to a helium balloon so that as the balloon rises out of the box, something can be attached below to let out the confetti.
