On October 10th, 2019, I checked my bank account to notice that about 2.8k was transferred out of my account through Zelle transactions. The following day I contact Bank of America to notify them that we have been hacked and put in a fraud claim. They refuse to reimburse the claim stating that the transactions were made from a device consistent to our regular transactions. One problem with this is that we do not have a Zelle account. We have been trying to solve this for about 5 months to no avail. What do I do now?
EDIT: Our accounts were accessed from another device, but BofA never told us which device. However, the IP addresses weren't consistent with our normal bank transactions
EDIT2: Please let me know whatever information you need in order to help me out, any help is greatly appreciated.
