I just got my license about 2 months ago and I plan on moving to the suburbs so I will purchase a car in about 2 months or so.
I was wondering if anyone knows the most affordable auto insurance company?
My mom has her license since 2004 but she had never driven a car or bought insurance. Would I still be able to get a plan under her to reduce cost?
