So at the end of November I purchased the jacket at the store where you have to be a member to shop. Today i see that same jacket is 30% less so after i finished my shopping I stop by customer service to see if they would match the price.
As it turns they only offer price matching for up to 30 days after purchase and I was just outside of that window.
Than I'm told that since I have jacket with me (I'm wearing it) I can still return the jacket for full refund.
Turns out they did not allow me to "buy" again jacket I already had on my back because it is used. I actually had to buy a whole new jacket.
Totally unnecessary and wasteful in this case.
