Trying to install a new toilet in a house in Arizona. It was built in the mid 70s.There seems to be about an inch of foam around the ABS drain pipe and the screw holes in the flange sit over the foam rather than the cement.I think the builder somehow put this huge foam and the flange has not been screwed down since the home was built.Please help, need to install new toilet today and I don't want to glue in a flange that I can't screw down!
