I'm sure most of us have a freezer bin at home that we throw carrott, celery, onion, garlic, and other scraps in to make cheap stock. I do this regularly and also have seperate bins for bones and cheese rinds that I occasionally throw in too.

But I have been looking into ways to go deeper with the stock flavor recently and wanted to see what creative ways ya'll spice of your stocks!
