I want a long, extended strike plate for a spring-loaded bolt latch (like these). The reason why, is that I want a long, slanted strike plate so that the bolt doesn't have to be pulled back when moving the panel it's attached to into place. The tip of the bolt will touch the plate, and compress as the panel is pushed, then, like a traditional door latch, the bolt will spring into the mortise at the end of the slope.I've googled to hell, and can't find such a product for spring loaded bolt latches. Do these exist, or am I going to have to fabricate it myself?Edit: to clarify, I have the spring loaded latch in the liked picture above. What I'm looking for is the long striker plate for the latch to compress as it slides into place where it then engages the lock. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2GHuG4I
