Last April, Criterion Channel launched with a $90 Charter Member deal for a year. I've used it about 7 of the last 10 months, and I have run out of things I want to watch.
So, even though $90 per year shakes out to $7.50 a month, I could have saved money by paying the regular price of $11 for those 7 months.
I've had the same experience with ESPN+ and Shudder, using them for only 4 months out of a year.
