Get the Target app and match up their available coupons with clearance cosmetics, of which they have many. Today I purchased an (originally priced) $8.99 CoverGirl with Olay foundation for .94, an $8.99 CoverGirl eyeshadow palate for free, and a $7.89 CoverGirl All Day lipstick set with moisturizer for $1.94. So, about $26 in cosmetics for less than $3! Some of the clearance items were on the display with the other CoverGirl cosmetics, and some were on an end cap all jumbled up in baskets with other brands.
