This site is reputable, and is run by a lone guy down in Westchester county, NY. He was even commissioned by WatchUSeek.com to make their signature NATO a couple years ago. I don't have experience with his leather straps, but I can definitely recommend the NATO's. He has some great styles with good quality hardware. This site regularly has sales around holidays, but this is the best discount I've seen over the past few years. I just ordered two more straps for ~$22 shipped.
