Video game console purchase from black friday, earned a chunk of Kohl's cash, but I need to return the console. I didn't touch/use the Kohl's cash. Problem is the Kohl's cash is expiring way before the 30 day return window for the video game console.
My question is this - If I want a full credit card refund (understand I forfeit the Kohls cash, all of it) for the console, I need to return the console BEFORE this Kohl's cash expires, correct? Otherwise Kohl's will consider the Kohl's cash "spent" and deduct from my refund?
