I’m looking for a warm work coat. I have a standard carhart coat that I have had for more than 10 years. I like the fact that I can throw it on over anything and be warm.
I work on a golf course doing outdoor work. Tree work, construction, drainage. Farm type labor in all types of weather. But I also have to interact with members and higher ups and I would like to look presentable. For this reason I am steering away from the carhart because it isn’t as fitted looking as other brands.
So far options are of course carhart chore coat, Patagonia, Filson. I just don’t know if there is a brand out there I don’t know about that Has a better styling that I should look into.
Budget $500.
