Recently there was a thread that hit the front page about some dude who needed a part for his microwave, and not only did he find it immediately on Amazon, he also got it for far cheaper and faster.
Yeah, Amazon is convenient and is the only place you'll find a lot of stuff, but there's also a lot of shit on there that's a straight up scam.

House plants- Never buy house plants from Amazon. Not only will the plant be much smaller than the picture and in some cases not healthy. It'll also be double the price as in store.
