My parents in law are visiting Austin, TX from Nepal for 6 months. They already have smartphone. They will be at home most of the time and they will have access to WiFi at home.
They use Viber/Facebook messenger/WhatsApp for voice.
I am looking for some pay as you go phone plan (sim) that provides voice and data, that is really cheap to maintain.
