Went to Ashley's furniture today. In store "sale" price was 1,499.99. I liked it, and have zero credit card balance, so I figured it was time for my first new couch ever. I sat on the couch, and after waiting a few minutes for the employee to return, looked it up online on the stores website. The same couch went for $830.00 online. I was able to purchase the couch, warranty, deliver and pay tax for $1100. I pointed that out to the sales woman upon her return, but I didn't hit purchase. She begrudgingly had her manager come over, and I got the whole thing at internet price, with an extra gift card.
