I work as a software developer in a media agency. I am super passionate about creating my online business. My online business has not taken off yet, I have been working on it for 2.5 years. I recently got a tiny raise at my job and made me realize that maybe I could negotiate to reduce my hours to only 24 (3 days) or 32 (4 days) a week. Does anyone have experience in this? What I am afraid is telling them the real reason why I want to reduce time ( to work on my passions not at the job.) . I just need to do this to free up brain space so I can think clearly and have more full focus time on my business. Any advice helps!
